The One Community Leadership Institute endeavors to equip leaders theologically and practically for the work of the ministry. Courses are organized into quarters and semesters. Students may enter the Institute at the beginning of each semester. All courses can be completed in 3 years and will repeat.
Prerequisites:
• Completion of Discipleship with a mentor or cohort group
• Completion of Panorama view of the Bible (King and His Kingdom)
• Completion of How to Study the Bible
• Member of One Community Church or referral by Pastor
• Actively engaged in ministry
